LLI was established in March 2011. After graduating with a BSBA in Management and Entrepreneurship, I was seeking a business opportunity which would be challenging and rewarding. My love for the outdoors paired with business knowledge led me to the landscape field. We attribute our current success to our core values which we hold to, we focus on our customers versus our competitors.
By way of introduction, we are a local Lighting and irrigation business that strives to achieve a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction on each property that we serve. I am Justin Boggs, the owner of the company. I have been in the landscaping industry since the year 2008. I have the experience necessary to manage quality landscape installation and maintenance services. I have obtained a BSBA in Business Management from Appalachian State University and Graduated with honors from there in 2015. I am CIT certified which is a certification for Certified Irrigation Technician by the Irrigation Association.
Displaying honesty and integrity are a core value that we hold to in our daily operations. Since operating this business on a full time basis, we have expanded the operations quickly but not so fast that we lose track of the details required to offer professional services. We are continuing to grow in our landscape installation services as well as our full service landscape maintenance services.
In regards to our operations, we have crews that dispatch daily on set lawn maintenance routes. We maintain commercial and high end residential properties in the Lake Norman area. We serve properties from Statesville to Huntersville. Along with the maintenance crews, we have landscape installation crews that provide services such as designing and installing landscapes and enhancement services.
We are actively seeking new opportunities in our target market. There is a great amount of opportunity in the Lake Norman area and we are proud to serve this area to the best of our ability.
It can be difficult to visualise how your home exterior could look and to work out where to put features and lights for best effect. Our role is to help you do just that.
At LLI, we take a cooperative approach, developing the design concept together with our clients, tailoring the service according to their taste, needs and budget.
Irrigation installs can be a tremendous undertaking, but what about when you need servicing or repairs? Let us worry about that part and we will take it from there.

Design consultation
The first step is to conduct a detailed site analysis and formulate a brief. This is normally carried out during a couple of meetings with our client.
Landscape plan
The next stage is to prepare a detailed plan showing placement of lights and or irrigation services or repairs.
Put to action
This is where the fun begins, we have created a design and now it is time to implement it into your yard.
